I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in 2021. Integrating a variety of approaches, including Gestalt, existential, and narrative psychotherapy, I support clients in the work of integration and authentic connection with themselves and their world.

Therapy is a space for healing, but it is also important that we center joy, growth, and resilience in this work, and I strive to foster relationships with clients by aligning their actions with the values they seek to embody. To this end, I do my best to integrate conversations about the social and political conditions that shape the challenges that each of us faces in the world, recognizing that it is impossible to treat mental health challenges on an individual level unless we are able to engage with the forces that produce and influence them.

As a client-centered therapist, I work with folks dealing with life challenges, including anxiety, depression, shame, gender dysphoria, trauma, and issues with self-esteem. While I work with clients who hold a wide variety of identities within the queer community, I am particularly interested in working with transgender and gender non-conforming adults and adolescents and their families, as well as individuals and partners involved in polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships.
