Christopher received his BA from New College of Florida with a concentration in psychology and a focus on developmental research. He completed his graduate degree, a MS in Clinical Psychology, at San Francisco State University in 2005. Chris worked with low-income families and provided school counseling services through Family Service Agency’s Tenderlion Family Program.
Following that experience, Chris spent the next four years at New Leaf Services providing direct service to the LGBTQQI communities in San Francisco. At New Leaf he worked in the Youth Substance Abuse, Adult Substance Abuse, and Adult Mental Health Programs. Chris uses cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic techniques to help clients cope with trauma, mood disturbances, social challenges, and life transitions.
