I’m a white, queer, and neurodivergent somatically-informed counselor. Through deep listening and skillful collaborative guidance, I support clients to promote self-awareness and feel safe in the moment, explore ways to reflect on and untangle life experiences and their impact, and grow capacities for more authentic expression and meaningful life choices. Some of the theoretical frameworks and therapeutic approaches I draw on with clients include Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I practice counseling psychology with somatic facilitation and the expressive arts for the benefit of, and in collaboration with, members of the LGBTQIA+ community at SFTC and with Seneca Family of Agencies as a classroom therapist for elementary school students who have been impacted by adverse life experiences.

I’m a lifelong learner and committed to the practice of kindness and respectful relations through anti-racism, collective liberation, and trans and neurodiversity-affirming practice and advocacy. I hold degrees from UC Berkeley, the California Institute of Integral Studies, and specialized somatic training from The Polarity Therapy Institute.

Outside of work, I love redwood forest ecologies and often pause to savor the light as it filters through the leaves and branches of the trees, especially on warm sunny days.
