As a relational therapist, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a place to heal past trauma, and work through any of the issues you bring to our sessions. I believe that therapy is grounded in identity. I am comfortable in navigating issues of social injustice and oppression as they impact your present-day challenges.

As an expressive arts therapist, I know that creative expression is another language that can be used to deepen your understanding of what you are working on. Creativity allows me to be flexible and find the tools that are relevant to your needs and preferences.

I have supported people with many challenges, including relationship stressors, dissatisfaction with relationships, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, pregnancy and parenting, boundary-setting, trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. My approach is centered in your own self-knowing, is practical, and direct. We may also laugh together!

I attended the Latin Family Counseling program through Alliant University in Mexico City and finished my degree at the California Institute of Integral Studies’ Expressive Arts Therapy program. I’m also fluent in Spanish.
