My approach is relational and trauma-informed, grounded in psychodynamic principles, meaning talking, story-telling, reflecting, and processing! I believe that genuine connection and collaboration is at the heart of meaningful progress when it comes to the therapeutic relationship.
I’m here to help you gather tools for greater self-compassion, build stronger connections, and feel supported and confident in pursuing your goals. With experience working with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship challenges, I view therapy as an opportunity to learn more about yourself and meet your needs in new, meaningful ways. Whether it’s improving communication skills in your relationship, processing past traumas, finding workable coping skills, or building your confidence, I am here to help.
As a queer person living and working in San Francisco, I’m deeply committed to offering queer-affirming care. I provide both individual and relationship therapy.
